Unlike many other organizations, upon the first day of work, full-time employees begin accumulating up to 20 days of paid time off for holidays and vacations and an additional 6 days for sick leave.

After 60 days of full-time employment, employees are eligible for employee medical, dental and vision coverage for less than $30 per pay period . Dependent medical, dental and vision are also available for a fraction of the total cost.

Life insurance, long term disability, and family membership to the YMCA are also provided at no charge to the employee. With our 403(b) savings plan, employees may increase their retirement savings by making additional pre-tax contributions through payroll deduction.
